TSI Pre-Assessment Link

You must complete it prior to taking the TSI Assessment.  Once you have completed the activity, you will receive a Certificate of Completion in your email.  Print out or forward the email of the certificate to phyllis.richmond@newtonisd.net. If printed out, bring it to the testing room the day of your scheduled TSI assessment.

ACT registration 

  • ACT has rescheduled its April national and international tests in response to concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). All students registered for April test dates will receive an email from ACT informing them of the postponement and instructions for free rescheduling to June or a future test date.
  • ACT Academy is offering a free online learning tool and test practice program designed to help students get their best score possible on the ACT test..  Check out the link, creat an account, and practice away! 

SAT Registration 

  • In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, College Board canceled the May 2, 2020, SAT and SAT Subject Test administration. Currently, the next SAT is scheduled for the first weekend of June. They are working with test centers and they’ll decide whether we can safely hold that administration as soon as it's feasible, given the evolving public health situation.
